Customs/Duty/VTA Charges
For all international shipping, the buyer must verify with his/her country import laws if such items are allowed to be imported.  If the item is seized by the buyer’s country, O&M Wireless will not reimburse the buyer for the lost item.

Customs charges are their responsibility of the buyer only and due before receipt of the item.  Customs fees are collected in some cases by the carrier, prior to delivery.  If the buyer fails to pay customs fees, the item will be abandoned and destroyed by the carrier and NO refund will be applied to the buyer.

All orders will be declared according to the checkout price.  We are unable to change the item’s price due to carrier restrictions.

Shipping Information
  • We know you want it fast! International orders placed by 2 pm CST Monday thru Friday.
  • All other orders are shipped the next business day. Please be aware that weekends are not business days. We use FedEx.
  • As much as we like to know the exact delivery time, we are unable to give you a delivery date on your package.  Delivery times provided at checkout are only estimates provided by the shipping company and are not guaranteed delivery times. However, every order will have a tracking number provided for you to track your shipment.
Contact Guidlines
The buyer must provide a valid phone number and email upon checking out to facilitate the delivery and customs clearance process.
If the customer fails to comply with the carrier and the item is returned back to O&M Wireless, the customer will be charged for the shipping of the item to his/her country, shipping the item back to O&M Wireless, and any customs/processing fees associated with the shipment.

International Returns
O&M Wireless does not cover return shipping costs for any reason and it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for shipping and all other associated fees.
