No returns will be accepted without prior authorization of the O&M Wireless’ returns department. Returns for defective items (i.e. items that have not been abused, misused, or altered) will be accepted. Any unit more than 100 days old will not be accepted.
The applicant is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns (retain all tracking information from the shipper until credited; we require that return shipments be properly packed and fully insured.
We only require handsets, do not send accessories. Write RMA# outside the shipping box and RMA# will be only valid for 15 days from the date of issues. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
